As for advice... I guess I would just say don't let fear get in the way. I missed out on some opportunities early on because I was afraid of embarrassing myself, and looking back I wish I had taken more risks!

Bianca Keitel, Soprano & Actress

Graduate of Oakland University, Michigan

MVMA Studio Student from 2006-2009

Bianca was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois but moved to Michigan when she was three

years old. Growing up listening to Celine Dion and Shania Twain, Bianca had a love for music

before she could walk. Though she's been singing all her early years, she started private lessons

with Marcia Wieland at the age of eleven. It was through Marcia that she learned how to sing

classical and opera music. Although Bianca's voice was very powerful in opera, she wanted to continue studying other genres of music. Around the time she was fifteen, Bianca attended Broadway Artist Alliance Camp, held in the summer to study and meet with many of New York City's best choreographers, vocal coaches, acting coaches and casting directors. Through this experience, she met and signed with two agencies in New York City, Carson Adler and FFT. This kept Bianca very busy throughout her high school years, being in classes one day then having to pack up and go to an audition in New York City the next. Graduating Clarkston High School in 2010, Bianca knew she'd always end up pursuing a career in music, so she decided to enroll at Oakland University and was accepted into the Musical Theater program where she has recently completed her Bachelors Degree. In the past two years, Bianca has began working toward her own genre of music, incorporating the many genres she's studied over the years, and now she's released her first single, Hole In My Heart.  Bianca Keitel was last seen in David Rich's production of "Margarine Wars" starring as the hippie Starshine, but in addition to her stage and film credits, she's also an accomplished vocalist and violinist. Her styles include Opera, Classical, Musical Theater, Pop/Rock, Celtic, and Country. She's performed and worked with a number of stars nationwide, such as Dorian Holley, Michael Orland, Debra Byrd, Seth Riggs and many more. Bianca is now a graduate of the Musical Theater Program at Oakland University, and she hopes to continue her studies and work both in film and music.

She has an incredible business

in Michigan

called Princesses By Bianca.
